Aromitalia lemon glaze is ready to use, transparent and yellow, for a mirror finish on desserts. The manufacturer recommends it for coating flat surfaces, such as mousse cups and tarts. Desserts, cheesecakes and fruit cakes can also be finished with this glaze.
