You can communicate online your decision to withdraw from a contract. Giving a reason is optional.
We need the order reference and the email address used for the purchase to identify the contract.
The ordinary period is 14 days from delivery. If you are unsure when it started, submit the declaration anyway: timeliness will be reviewed without preventing registration.
