Description
Ready Muffin Mix available online, for preparing 8-9 muffins.
Follow these instructions for muffins and cupcakes:
- Pour the contents of the bag into a mixer or stand mixer, or mix by hand with a whisk.
- Add water and mix at low speed for 3 minutes.
- Add raisins, pine nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chips to taste.
- The mixture can be flavoured with the flavouring pastes available in the shop.
- Mix everything, pour into cases and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
