Cold winter weather is an ideal time for chocolate, and making it to suit personal tastes is an experience worth trying. Once the chocolates are ready, package them in small bags and give them to friends at Christmas.
Our complete kit, delivered to your home for only 49.90 euro, contains a mould for 15 chocolates, a dosing funnel, chocolate to melt and single-origin Peruvian dark chocolate coating (73%) in drops that can be melted without tempering, making it ideal for beginners.
The Funnel Choc Silikomart dosing funnel is ideal for dispensing the correct quantity of chocolate into moulds, over glazes and into creams. In addition to chocolates, the coating preparation can be used to create an even outer glaze on Sachertorte and other preparations.
NOTE: if the rose-shaped chocolate mould is not available when the order is placed, a similar mould with 15 cavities will be supplied.
