      Description

      The dry nougat granules are 3 to 6 mm thick and can enrich ice cream, semifreddos, cakes, fillings, cream and ganache.

      Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, almonds, honey, hazelnuts, egg white, flavourings.

      Store at a temperature of +4 to +14 degrees.
