      Description

Colourful and pleasant to eat, the multicoloured sprinkles (rainbow) are perfect for decorating small treats or decorated cakes.

Choose the preferred sprinkle colour; the coloured sugar makes desserts even more attractive.

come applicare le codette di zucchero colorate

Where and how should coloured sprinkles be applied?

These decorations can be used on creams, desserts, biscuits and coatings made from honey or chocolate. A traditional use for sprinkles or sugar balls is Neapolitan struffoli.

They can also be applied to uncoated desserts: melt some honey in a bain-marie and brush it over the surface with a pastry brush. Apply the decorations so that they adhere firmly.

Alternatively, add the coloured sprinkles to the cake mixture immediately before baking.

      Ingredients:

The sugar sprinkles are produced by cutting sugar into "small cylinders or flakes" and adding food colours (red, green, yellow, blue, pink, light blue and so on).
